Dear Sir/Madam.

Please send your best possible Quotation for the following materials at an early date. Your Quotation should reach us on or before 3/May/2011.

ALUMINIUM UBC - Baled Aluminium used Beverage Can as per ISRI CODE, Taldon/Taldork/Take
Aluminium Purity: 98% Min.

Aluminium UBC should be in Baled form and nominal Briquette size should range from 12 to 24 inches x 12 to 24 inches in uniform profile and package height shall be 48inches max.
Material must be magnetically separated and free
of steel, plastic, glass, dirt and other foreign substances.

Qty: 2400MT (200MT Per Month)


Price: C&F: VISAKHAPATNAM/NAVA SHEVA

Dispatch Mode: Sea

Loading Port: ANY PORT

Ship To: VISAKHAPATNAM/NAVA SHEVA

Delivery: in phases as per our requirement 200 MT/month from June. The quantity is likely o be increased as per our requirements. Please give the maximum quantity per month you can offer.

1. PAYMENT TERMS: L/C 120 DAYS OR MORE (Please give the best usance period you can offer)

2. INSPECTION: WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY ANY AUTHORISED
INSPECTION AGENCY APPROVED BY INDIAN CUSTOM.

3. We reserve the option of distributing the quantity among several suppliers.

Notes:1. The UBC should be preferably be cleaned, without any smells and odours.Shredded and baled aluminium is prefferred.

***** : The total aluminium content of the sample drawn by joint inspection for analysis will contain at least 98% aluminium.
3. Any and all Aluminium items other than used Beverage cans are not acceptable.
